    Elijah Rain Ministries is directed by Mark Sandford, M.Div., in partnership with his wife, Maureen. Mark is an author, international speaker, and pastoral counselor with over 40 years of experience. Our teachings are built on the foundational work of Mark's parents, John and Paula Sandford, and have been continually refined through decades of hands-on ministry.

    Our core methods for inner healing and deliverance and our teachings on the prophetic and other subjects are firmly grounded in biblical doctrine and the transformative work of the cross and resurrection of Jesus Christ.     Mark Sandford

    Mark Sandford directs Elijah Rain Ministries with the help of his wife, Maureen. He brings over 40 years of experience as an author, international speaker, and pastoral counselor, with a Master of Divinity in counseling. Mark has authored Turning the Hearts of Fathers and co-authored four influential books, including Deliverance and Inner Healing. He and Maureen are dedicated to bringing inner healing and prophetic understanding to the Body of Christ. They share a passion for training leaders and restoring hearts.
